This Saturday, 13 feb, meet at city hall mrt at 3.30, then we’re going over to minds café. Minds café games start from 4-7, then after that we’ll be going somewhere else for dinner, which we’re paying for ourselves.
So see you there this Saturday, and please tell me if you suddenly cannot make it or will be late.
And please bring $10 tomorrow for the core modules, we’re supposed to hand up the money today but everyone forgot about it, so please rmb to bring it tomorrow if you haven’t handed up to me yet. Thx a lot

Thx alot for today. It's the first time that i celebrated my birthday in school. I was quite happy that my face didn landed into the cake...*phew*. Thx for the pig too. Its kawaii-ne!! (my angel always use this word) When i look at the pig in the future, it will remind me of 25 other pigs too. :) Even when i am not in 07s76 anymore (*sobsob*), i will still remember this wonderful class. " Let this friendship go up!". Haha. Thx alot!!

1) C1 SELF DIRECTED INDEPENDENT LEARNING PROJECT
Michelle, Yan Ting, Jing Lin, Kah Yim, Yang Yan, Tian Ji, Jeremy, Wang Shu don't have groups yet. So, please get into groups of 4 and choose a question (3, 4, 5 ,7 & 8 are still available on a first come first serve basis) and tell me asap.
The submission date is 5 Feb which is like 6 days from now but it shouldn't be too difficult to complete right...
2) Economics Tutorial 30/01/07
I think nobody will see this in time but just in case you do, please remember to answer the 2 TYS essay questions on page 11 of your econs tutorial in point form for the tutorial, yeah.

Hello 76! Ares desperately needs backstage crew for Dramafeste and we've signed up as a class because there were quite a few of us who wanted to help the other time. I know many of us are like quite reluctant to take time to think of some ideas, but lets all work together as a class and get these 3 things done, and make sure its done well!

I know we all like to eat sweets during lectures if not we'll lose concentration like i always do.. but lets try not to like keep passing sweets around during lectures cuz its quite rude and looks very suspicious. So lets not give the teachers a chance to catch us during lectures. We can start eating before the lecture starts so that we dun have to pass sweets around.

As all of you know, we will be having a class blogging competition soon! Details are as follows:

2) We will be judged based on experience, aesthetics and participation. Yup so if anyone who is great at doing blog templates could spice this up a bit (not that it’s not nice, but you know)
Requirements of the competition include:
- Adding everyone in the class
- Adding teachers (mr choe etc)
- Adding seniors (meaning 06s76-ers and other seniors if you want, but it would be kind of weird)
- Inviting as many people in the school as possible to post and comment (so get friends to visit this blog!)
- Building networking with other class blogs (linking everyone to our blog)
So if anyone who has contacts from the senior class/teachers, just feel free to add them ya.
Also, note that there are to be strictly NO PROFANITIES (we are civilized people after all).
Therefore, from today onwards, let’s all spam this blog with our messages/posts. Try to get people outside of class to post too!

The Candy Project
Hello! I have noticed that most of the class is fond of candy! May I suggest that we use the class fund to purchase some candies to stock up our candy rations with whatever we buy, in addition to our personal candies.
If we embark on this project, we can have a readily available supply of candies to keep us awake during our long pressurizing days or perhaps sweeten up some lectures in which we might feel sleepy or bored. With this plan in place, we need not worry at all when our tongues wag and when we crave for something to suck on. A dose of candies a lecture keeps the child vitalized!

This may seem a long time so lest you forget, fear not, your bio rep :) will remind you when the time comes. In the meantime, just look out for newspaper clippings, magazine articles, fun facts on Biology.
2 a.k.a more pertinent stuff...
(a) Rmb to hand in your Carbohydrates Summary to your Bio Rep when you GET TO SCHOOL... Else, face the wrath of angels.
(b) COMPLETE Carbohydrates Tutorial by Mon.
(P.S. Angels do not ride on angelic wings).

One Last Dance
Dear class,
The end times are approaching, and our days together are numbered. But we will make a difference! We will stage a protest and demand that our class remain untouched!
Come my brothers and sisters, let us use what short time we have left to come together and spend some very valuable time together. Let us assemble as one as we learn the faculty dance together!
(anw, i think there's a practise session tmr? whatever it is, let's try to go learn dance together ok? =) )

It is coming...
Greetings, my fellow classmates, 07S76ers. The days we have lived together have been glorious, such fond memories that have been put together by each one of us that belong to this class. But I speak of a grave danger, an approaching danger - the last days, that will separate us from one another, and bring the whole body apart. The end times are drawing nearer even as you listen to this word right this instant.
It has been widely spoken of - the reshuffling of classes, which will possibly occur very, very soon. It is said that the enemy classes' numerous requests to change classes have successfully influenced the institution to make a move, to change the current situation, a situation that is not desired by non-S76ers, yet one that our class is truly satisfied with and unwilling to let go. The institution is threatening to tear us apart this very day! None, they say, shall be spared. All will suffer the eternal darkness that is looming, closer and closer to us each day, each hour, each minute, each second!
But who are they that we should bow down to such a command? Who are they that we should follow their rulings? That we should too take a part in this punishment? Yet, it shall not be! They shall never dream of bringing us down, for we belong together! We will stand strong in this war! We will not succumb to the greater authority of the instution, we will be united as one!
Comrades, I say to you, together we can overcome this! Let us resist this force together! My fellow warriors, I urge every single one of you to take your stand in this coming battle, for if we do not take our positions, all shall perish, and all will be lost forever.
What do you say, my friends? Are we going to stand together?

firstly, we shall have a class outing soon! like very soon, so everyone please try and tell sherene or tragic when you are free, and tentatively, the second class outing is on 14th feb, like after xcountry. whoever objects to this second class outing please voice out on the tagboard. yeah, if not everyone is okay with it:)
secondly, sherene has also proposed a day when we cross dress. not in the sense that we wear the guys and the guys wear girls uniform. no, we are going to like wear other schools uniform. gettit? :D yeah, so everyone, please choose a day, when we are able to do this, and yeah, take into consideration the time we need to get the uniforms:) yeah, again, whoever wants to be out of this please voice it out on the tagboard.
but yeah, if you are still with me up till here, i would strongly advise you, on behalf of sherene to actually take part in this super duper whooper exciting class events that she has planned with great thoughts for the class. so please, you only live once. and we have not much time left before the olevel stuff are out, and then we have to get into the HC uniform (for the girls). SO, please participate actively!:)

Class activities
hey guys, there's gonna be an senior treat junior (STJ) soon, either 10(sat) or 11(sun) feb. will tell you the details soon, but its gonna be a dinner. please tell me whether you want it to be on saturday or sunday. Personally i think saturday is better cuz if put on sunday, then monday morning cannot wake up. yea but its your choice, so just tell me which day you would like.
There's also gonna be a JTS after the STJ, no details fixed yet, but the price should be about like around 10+. we can go somewhere like swensons. but we'll see how the STJ goes first.
Also, we should invite Mr Choe to one of our class outings, so we need to match our timings to his as well.
Anyway, Mr choe used to play basketball, so why dun the whole class have a game of basketball together with Mr choe on someday like friday, since everyone can stay back late on friday and have some fun.
So just give us your feedback on the date for STJ and some ideas for JTS as well, and probably on the class outings too.

Change in timetable
In case you didn't receive the email i sent, there's a new timetable for week 4 onwards. there are some minor venue changes. Tuesday's econs lecture is changed from E201 to E203, and PE is at Pe block instead of field. that's all that's changed.
if you want a copy of the new timetable, then tell me, take note that this timetable only comes into effect from week 4 onwards.
